For most products bought online, you have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have 14 days, starting the day after you receive your order, to tell us you want to cancel. You do not need to give a reason.

Once you have told us, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. To let us know, email hello@loreahealth.com before your 14 days are up.

Because we sell health and personal-care products, some items are excluded from the 14-day right to cancel for hygiene and safety reasons. You cannot return the following once they have been opened or unsealed:

• Sealed health, hygiene or personal-care items where the seal has been broken, for example supplements, nail and foot-care products, and applicators.
• Products that are perishable or have a short shelf life.
• Items made or personalised to your order.

If the seal is intact and the item is unused, you can still return it within the 14-day window. This does not affect your rights if a product turns out to be faulty.

Email hello@loreahealth.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us, so we can track it properly.

For a change-of-mind return within the 14-day window, you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us, unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend a tracked service, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

If the return is because the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return cost in full.

Please return items in their original condition and packaging where possible. You are welcome to check a product the way you would in a shop. If an item is handled more than needed and its value is reduced as a result, we may adjust your refund to reflect that.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at hello@loreahealth.com with a photo if you can. We will put it right and cover any return postage.

Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

For a change-of-mind return, your refund includes the price of the goods and the standard outbound delivery cost. If you chose a faster or upgraded delivery option, we refund the standard delivery cost, not the extra you paid for the upgrade. For faulty or incorrect items, you are refunded in full.
