Lorea Health operates loreahealth.com. We are registered in the Netherlands and sell health and personal-care products to customers in the United Kingdom.

Your order

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We will send an email confirming we have received it. The contract between us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will let you know and refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the product page and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free on every order, so the price you see is the total you pay. We take payment through our secure payment provider at the time you order. If a price is clearly wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm or cancel.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, with free delivery on every order. Delivery times are set out on our Delivery page. Ownership and risk of the goods pass to you when they are delivered.

Cancellations and returns

You have a legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days, and separate rights if a product is faulty. Full details, including the health and hygiene items that cannot be returned once opened, are in our Returns and refunds policy.

Please note

Our products are food supplements and everyday health and personal-care items. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. They do not replace a varied diet or professional medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use. Always read the label and follow the instructions.

We take care to describe our products accurately. Photos are for illustration and packaging may vary. Always read the product label before use.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by English law and disputes can be brought before the courts of England and Wales. As a consumer, you also keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
