Shipping policy

Here is how and when your order reaches you, and what it costs. Clear and simple, so there are no surprises at the door.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take a little longer.

Dispatch and delivery times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days. Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 3 to 8 working days. Timings are estimates and can vary at busy times or with the carrier. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are handled the next working day.

Delivery costs

Standard delivery costs £3.95, and is free on orders over £30. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched we send a confirmation email with tracking details where available, so you can follow it to your door.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, or it arrives damaged, contact us at hello@loreahealth.com and we will sort it out. If an item is damaged in transit, we will replace it or refund you in full.
